RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Rainbow Crystal Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in creating products that inspire confidence, creativity, and self-expression.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
All returned products must be received in their original condition and packaging.
STORE CREDIT
Approved store credits will be issued as a digital gift card and may be used toward any future purchase on Rainbow Crystal Cosmetics.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & FREE GIFTS
Promotional items, complimentary gifts, limited-edition offers, and signed books included with special promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
If a qualifying promotional order is returned, all promotional items must also be returned in their original condition. If promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from any approved store credit.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
